No coloured pips included, should be clearly stated

The keys are great, easy to order, fast delivery. However, no coloured pips included which is misleading (the photo on the website implies a pip). Ordering them again is over £8 delivery charge for a bit over £1 for the pips themselves.

Best service ever

I got a quote from Timpsons. They quoted £60 for a replacement key and said they would have to order the blank in special. Garrison quoted me £9 and managed to cut it from a picture I sent them. I got the key within 48 hours on my door step!!! How is this even possible? Brilliant

New key

Had only one old and worn mul t lock key for my van and no key code garrison locks assisted with decoding the key and supplied me with a new key which worked on both locks. Would have no hesitation in using them in the future. A big thank you to garrison locks

We had an issue with the lock on our…

We had an issue with the lock on our van, key sized in barrel. Called them up for some advice, they talked us through getting the barrel out and ordering a replacement part. They even made the extra effort to getting it sent so it would arrive the next day.
